Matt R. Daigle, Associate
Mr. Daigle joined the Law Offices of David T. Denney, PC in July, 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Matt was an associate with the law firm of How, Frels, Rohde, Woods & Duke, P.C.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Daigle has been practicing in commercial litigation since 2006, spending the majority of his time litigating complex commercial matters. His practice has had heavy emphasis on all business and commercial matters, especially breaches of contract, construction, real estate matters, corporate structuring and securities law.
Litigation
Mr. Daigle's litigation practice encompasses most facets of business-related litigation, including:
• Complex commercial and trade secret litigation;
• Contractual disputes;
• Business ownership disputes; and
• Real estate litigation.
Transactions
Mr. Daigle also performs other services for businesses as related to his business litigation practice, including:
• Drafting company agreements and initial filings;
• Commercial and personal lease review and negotiation;
• Business loan review and negotiation; and
• Contractual drafting and review.
